Welcome to Hiralal Ramniwas Post Graduate College: Hiralal Ramniwas Post Graduate College, Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar is a premier educational institution of Eastern Uttar Pradesh affiliated with Siddhartha University, Kapilvastu, Siddhārthanagar. The college was established in 1966 by Late Shri Kudilal Ji Rungta and Shri Ram Kripal Ji Rungta in the sacred memory of his father late Shri Hiralal Ji Rungta and Shri Ram Niwas Ji Rungta. Shri Kudilal Ji and Sri Ram Kripal Ji were renowned businessmen and philanthropists who established the institution in a rural area to provide excellent academic opportunities to students of Eastern UP. The college is administered by “Hiralal Ram Niwas Educational Society” which is registered by the registrar of the society.
